I gotta say, the staff here were unbelievable helpful, always smiling and never turned me away when I needed something. One time I spilled coffee all over, they sent someone right up with fresh towels and a new cup right away, that was surprising.

A lingering odor in some areas of the hotel suggests that cleanliness could be improved, possibly due to the occasional delay in thorough cleaning or less frequent refreshes between guests. Additionally, the small bathrooms, particularly the tub options, may not suit everyone’s preference for space and comfort.

We had an awesome time on our group trip! We checked out Ford Field for a game and hit up the North American International Auto Show. The staff was super friendly, and the place was clean and quiet at night. Definitely a great spot for a fun getaway with friends.
